1) First round was a hacker rank test 2) Second round was coding round where a Engineering Manager who even not from the DevOps/SRE field was taking medium/hard leetcode type interview. The attitude of the interview seems little bit of a narcist who just want to show how much he knows. Doesn't like the interview process. Atleast have someone from the same technical field and team to schedule the interview instead of some random person who himself isn't aware of the DevOps/SRE field. It's just like those kids who cram the Leetcode style coding and doesn't know the real world knowledge. No doubt why the reviews of this company is so negative as the upper management is full of sh*t
