      Entretien

      The overall process was very smooth and well-organized. The first two rounds were conducted face-to-face, while the final round was virtual. The work environment seemed positive and welcoming. As an added bonus, they also provided good food during the process.

      The interview process started with HR invite via email to book a slot in the calendar for 1st round of interview so I selected a specific timing according to my availability but surprised to see that the timings differed so asked HR to confirm but she told the same incorrect timings. The actual timings I selected is Monday 1 PM but I got invite for Tuesday 11.30PM to 12.30AM which I clearly don't understand why they did that and don't know why in first hand they want to book using calendar. The interviewer was very unprofessional. It was the very first round and he didn't even had the intention to know abt myself (Tell me abt yourself) but straight away jumped to the question asking so many personal questions rather than asking relevant questions for interview. He asked abt SQL which is no relevant to the job description. We hardly looking for jobs so please don't waste our time by asking unwanted questions. This should be professionally done but not in the manner of asking questions like investigating someone. Guys I strongly prefer to look for some other companies out there in the market rather than wasting time here. I'm very upset abt this interview experience.

      Entretien

      First round was good. Interviewer asked questions regarding career & experience with problem solving & regarding handling issues with different attitudes. There was discussion on the experiences too. Overall it is not very difficult.
