Applied online and the next day I received an email requesting a phone interview. The interview happened on the Friday after Thanksgiving. The recruiter asked me a few basic phone screening questions and gave me more information regarding the role.
The following week I received an email for an invitation for a virtual interview. The interview process involved; 2 Customer Ops Supervisors and 1 Business Unit Director each was a 1:1 meeting 30 mins long. All of them were great to talk to and very conversational. The questions they asked were similar questions to a screening call.
After the virtual interview I waited two weeks to hear back from the recruiter. Where I was informed that they went with another candidate. I wished they had notified me earlier.
