Interview Process: 5 stages total, culminating in a panel presentation and demonstration
My Experience:
The multi-stage interview process was comprehensive which is typical for Solutions Consultant positions. I invested significant time and effort preparing for each stage, particularly the final panel presentation and demo, dedicating several days to ensure it met professional standards.
Communication Concerns:
Unfortunately, the post-interview communication was disappointing. After completing all five stages, including the intensive final presentation, I received no follow-up communication regarding the outcome. Despite sending a follow-up email after two weeks of silence, I still received no response. I eventually learned the outcome only after approaching the hiring manager directly at a company event.
Overall Impression:
While I understand that hiring processes can be lengthy and decisions difficult, basic professional courtesy - such as notifying candidates of outcomes after they've invested considerable time and effort - should be standard practice. This experience left me questioning the company's commitment to candidate experience and professional communication standards.

fue relativamente facil pero hay que prepararse pues si no estufdias tus respuestas puede que te agarren desprevenido y eso podría ponerte nervioso y tal vez contestar cosas que no tengan nada que ver con lo que te estan preguntando en realidad
