The process took about couple of days. Attended the in-person interview. Question was very basic programming question, if you know basic data structure and programming then it is easy. Recruiter calls me the next day and says "Overall feedback is positive, how long you have before you have to make decision? We are looking at other candidates as well, we will get back to you." What kind of response is that? Advice to Zendesk - Please do not give response like this, at least do not call the candidate until you have made the decision.

I got rejected after the coding test so don't know the process beyond it.
