The first interview with HR, the second with the hiring manager, the third with colleague based in overseas were all conducted by Skype. The intervals were one week for each and the recruiter was quite responsive at first. Although the recruiter promised to set up the final interview within a week after a series of phone interviews, he missed setting up an interview and went on holiday without any response. In spite that I sent inquiries to the former interviewers, they also kept ignoring my messages. Finally I called the office directly and then they finally rushed to set up the final interview. All the interviewers seemed so nice and smart that I got more disappointed and shocked how they are disorganised.
