I applied online. Quick and kind response from the HR manager. Within a week, I had a zoom screening call with the HR manager and then the next week I had a zoom interview with the hiring manager(Marketing Manager)

Why did you quit the last job?
Why do you want to join Zendesek?
Just overall my experience and background.
The hiring manager didn't turn her camera on so I was just looking at her photo during the zoom interview.
And she asked lots of the same questions from the screening call so I guess they didn't communicate before the interview.
The hiring manager asked if I have some extra skills that are not on the JD even though I had all the bonus skills on the JD. Moreover, her attitude was disregarding my past experience.
I'll politely decline the job offer if I had. I would not like to work for her.

Fue un proceso sencillo en el que tuve 5 rounds de entrevistas. La primera con HR, la segunda con mi manager y el resto con miembros del equipo de marketing con los que trabajo directamente.

Fue muy profesional y humano. Aunque el feedback post entrevista no tan bueno., porque no fue genuino.creo que tienen muy bien establecidos sus procesos.utilizan un proceso que te hace sentir que no estás siendo entrevistado .

Llamada inicial con una persona de recursos humanos seguida de 3 entrevistas con managers de marketing y un panel para presentar un caso. Un proceso un poco largo, pero fue sencillo.
