The process was very good. There was an initial HR phone screening followed then by a 30 min phone call with the hiring manger then 3 follow up 30 min calls with other related people in the department.
Overall it felt very informal and was mostly just a chat through my experience and then the role itself. I get the sense there was lots of emphasis on being the right fit culturally for the company.
