Entretien
Phone interview was relatively quick process. I was referred by a current employee. When it came to the in person interview it was a 2.5 hour process. The first person interviewing didn't seem to be prepared and when I asked about how their role interfaces with the position I interviewed for they didn't have an answer. They seemed extremely ill prepared. The second interview hadn't reviewed my resume yet. The final two were great.
The major flag for me was the evident white culture. For a company of its size there is a blatant lack of diversity. Even for the tech industry and bay area, it was very evident. There were some questions raised to my references that seemed pretty culturally deaf tone/ignorant. My references even called/texted me to inform me of how strange they were.
