J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zendesk (Dublin, Dublin) en janv. 2018

The interview process is pretty standard, so you should have at least a phone screen and a technical challenge. After that they may ask you to talk to a few employees/managers. They want to understand your technical skills, mindset, past experiences and values. Interviewers are nice and friendly.
Zendesk Ireland is quite bad at communication internally. They may take some time to reply emails and send interview feedback. If they understand you're not a good fit, they may stop replying you. I believe they might be facing internal problems because Zendesk is scaling pretty fast in Ireland and unfortunately the current structure affects the candidates, their employees and its brand.

It was a four-round interview:
1. HR screen call
2. Hiring manager
3. Technical
4. One more behavioral interview
After just the HR recruiter's call, they assigned a meeting for the hiring manager. One day before, they cancelled it.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zendesk (Tallinn) en janv. 2026
Entretien
First interview was with HR rep, second one with a technical team lead. There was supposedly a third interview with another technical manager or something, but it seemed they had already a strong candidate in mind, so after second interview I immediately got an email that they had gone the other way.
