J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez ZenOwn (Paris) en nov. 2025
Entretien
1. Application must be sent by email (strange)
2. After being contacted on whatsapp (strange), quick screening call to ask if I'm okay xith the fact that the job is not permanent but a fixed-term contract (which is illegal, in a job description they presented it as a permanent contract).
3. After the quick screening call, a call with the Head of Product, who came 30mn late.
4. Other steps of the interview process are unknown since I dropped off.
Questions d'entretien [2]
Question 1
Are you willing to travel out of your country at least twice a month ?
Pre-screening, screening, Head of Product, then a final round with the CEO including a case study. The process felt unprofessional: the CEO interview was scheduled at 11pm and lasted an hour, including an old-school consulting brainteaser. The interviews themselves were smooth, and getting rejected isn’t the issue. The issue is investing that much time and receiving zero feedback after the final round, despite asking multiple times. For a fully remote company, it didn’t feel like they have a solid hiring setup. My impression is they prefer contractors and candidates from cheaper countries. Just my take, but it felt a bit fishy.

Question 1
Standard questions on CV and motivation, some basic PM questions, and a market-sizing brainteaser.
