We pride ourselves on being extremely transparent during our interview to avoid any misunderstanding and would want to make it clear that we are not only door to door. We stress directly throughout the interview process and all reps know exactly what the position requirements are. We inform all candidates that they will be required to learn our direct strategies during their brand ambassador training.
