Hello! Take-home assignments are valuable ways for us to learn more about candidates and evaluate them holistically beyond behavioral interviews. We find that this helps us to reduce bias and pick the right candidate for our team.
In regards to your response:
1. We always encourage candidates to only spend 2-4 hours on assignments out of respect for their time.
2. We did hire for the BDR position as you can verify by another Glassdoor interview on here. Note: This interviewee is posting feedback from an interview around 1 year ago.
