It started with HR Interview. We had some leadership questions and testing of your soft skills. With open ended questions like "Tell me about yourself?" Then followed by couple of technical rounds. And then final call with VP to again go over some leadership questions and sponsorship related issues at Zayo.
Clumsy questions about light technical topics and behavioral questions. They didn't know how to probe and didn't seem capable of evaluating my answers.
