J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zara en juin 2011
Entretien
I walked into the store and asked one of the cashiers if the store was hiring. She said yes, and proceeded to give me an application. I filled it out and gave it to the assistant manager. He interviewed me on the spot. It was the most relaxed interviews ever and he and asked me questions such as work experience and availability. He proceeded to tell me about the store's operations, what I would be doing as a sales associate and what he expects from his employees. He told me that hiring decisions would be made the following day.
The next day I called the store and spoke with the manager. She told me that she hasn't looked at any applications yet so she would be making calls for interviews soon. I figured that they wouldn't be making any decisions soon. The following day the assistant manager called me and offered me the position.
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
