Group interview with 6-7 people. All of this depends on total number of associates inquiries they have and gets scheduled pretty quickly depending on their needs. They schedule the call and the group interview is short around 30 minutes.

Sales experience. Why are you interested in working with Zara?
It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.

How do you handle high-pressure environments/situations?
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
