J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zara (Vancouver, BC) en avr. 2014
Entretien
the manager asked some very simple and basic questions, process was short and delightful. Make sure to show your motivation. The manager wanted us to describe past job experience, and state about Zara's history, also asked about my past experiences as well as why I want to work there.

why did you choose Zara? also be prepared to know about the background of Zara, inditex.
It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.

How do you handle high-pressure environments/situations?
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience
