J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zara (Santa Monica, CA) en nov. 2015
Entretien
Applied in person at the store. Turned in my resume and the quick resume they give you, to a manager. They ask you a few basic questions when you turn it in and they called back about a week later. Interviewed with the assistant manager and store manager at the back of the store. I expressed my interest in fashion but was honest and told them I had no retail experience. They hired me the next day.
It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
How do you handle high-pressure environments/situations?
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience
