J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zara (Toronto, ON) en oct. 2015
Entretien
I remember I applied 2 weeks before, get an interview and a day later, get a reply saying they want me to work for them!
So i basically I go, and wait for 30 minutes. Not knowing it was going to be a group interview... luckily i was interviewed with only one other person in the room. The lady that interviewed me was really nice, she told me about her self and how she came to be in the store (made me feel comfortable)
Remember to be enthusiastic and very outgoing. Show them that you want to work at Zara. Also, get yourself familiar with the store and your position (guranteed they will ask you a question about it). And lastly, dress the part-meaning dress as if you were about to go work in that day, dress whats trendy that season. Show them that you are a fashionista!
DONT BE NERVOUS AND REMEMBER TO BE YOURSELF
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What do you know about Zara?
What do you know about the latest trend in season right now?
What would you do in this type (insert any situation)?
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
