J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zara (Londres, Angleterre) en août 2015
Entretien
I was told to attend group interview and there were 10-12 people for the interview room.
the manager asked general questions about inditex
and showed us video and gave us a clothes for each small group and asked to answer why you think it's not selling at the moment and what can be the solution for it.
then gave us a partner and let us talk for 2minutes and explain about partner to the manager.
I got a call after 2weeks and the woman asked my visa type and she said she'll call me soon but she didn't
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
