Applied online, received a phone call literally 20 minutes later calling me in for a pre-selection process. Arrived to the Inditex head office in Regent Street and there were roughly 30 applicants there. I was then asked to fill out a brief application form (Address, Date of availability, what brand I would like to work for, what department etc). Then we were led into a small conference room and the interviewer asked us questions about Inditex; when where the founded, who owns the company etc. They showed us two videos regarding Inditex (Zara) and asked us what new information we found out about them. We then had a short face-to-face interview with a interviewer. The interviewer was really nice and it didn't really seem like a interview, more like a conversation. At the end I was told that I would receive a reply from them during the week asking for another face-to-face interviewer. I then got a phone call the next day from the interviewer saying I got the job! I did't have to attend another interview which I was very pleased about. Overall the process was very quick, easy and simple.
