I applied online on the index website and was called around a week later, with an invitation to attend a group interview. It was held at the Inditex Assessment Centre. I arrived a few minutes before it started and was asked to complete a questionnaire (basic things: personal details, current employer, hours, brand and branches preferences). After that, we were led into a room (there were around 30 people present) and a lady quizzed us a bit about what we know about Inditex, then played a short video about the brand and asked what we learnt. Then she asked what we think a typical day in store would be, played another video, this time about a day in life of an assistant. This was again followed by some questioning, including questions on what is currently in fashion. After that, there were really short 1:1 interviews, with 4 people interviewed at a time. Overall, it was a really easy interview. You find out if you were successful within 2 weeks, and then wait to be contacted if there are any vacancies matching your criteria (which I do find weird since you initially apply for a vacancy).
