I got a call after applying online and then had an interview the next day. It was an online video interview with one other applicant. The interview process was very smooth with questions asked about previous experience, why work at ZARA, how to handle a difficult situation with a customer.

How to handle a difficult situation with a customer? One word to describe myself.
It was a group interview it was very chill. We mostly did role-plays knowing more about Zara/index as a company. And learned about more of what a sales assistant is in Zara.

Online 30min group interview on Teams with 6 people incl. the interviewer. Perth, WA.
Questions were:
- Tell us about yourself and your past work experience
- What is your availability and what do you like most about customer service?
This is a group interview. Begin by introducing the brand and asking participants if they have any knowledge about it. Then, divide the participants into pairs (2-on-2 groups). Each participant should introduce themselves to their group member, followed by introducing their group member in front of everyone. Afterward, randomly select scenario-based role-play topics, assign them to groups, and let the participants act them out.
