After applying you will receive an email from HR asking that they would like to proceed with an interview. Once you been interviewed they said if they decide to go with you there will be a second interview scheduled to proceed with the whole hiring process.

Basic questions like why do you want to work here, what do you know about the company, and some situational questions. Very easy overall. I did an in person interview only and was hired on the same day.
