After submitting an online application, I got called to attend an assessment centre that consisted of doing icebreakers with the other attendees (14 in total) and watching videos about Inditex.
At the end of the assessment, we had to fill out a form about our availability, preferred Inditex store and why Inditex/the store we chose.
I got offered a role the next day and started the role the day after my offer.
From the time of my application, to starting at Zara, I’d say it took about 9 days.

It was easy, they just ask the typical questions so no need to be scared. You choose which area you preferred and the most of the times they can find a store near you.

no one knew who was meant to do the interview, it ended up being a group interview which was awkward, however on the up side, they did call me the next day to tell me i had the job

A one to one interview with a manager where they asked me a set of questions and wrote down my answers. Usual basic questions of if you've had to deal with difficult situations with customers.
