I applied online and then got a call the next business day. The interview went really well and felt more like a chat instead. The manager asked me the typical interview questions, and it lasted about 20 min. Then she gave me some forms to fill out (personal info, previous work experience, work availability)
I got a call the next day from the manager to say that I got the job

lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
