There are basically four steps in the interview. You will sit in a room with other 3 candidates and go through the whole process together. 1. Written test 2. Self introduction in Cantonese 3. Group discussion on problem solving in Mandarin 4. Group discussion on outfit matching in English The questions in the written test are general and not very technical, either the problem solving questions.
