Meet with HR then with the manager. It's not a very hard interview. Ask questions to make it seem like you really want the job. Ask for the manager's opinion on his/her job. Overall just seem like a fun friendly person who cares about clothes and customer service and they'll hire you.

It was very casual, they took me into the back and asked me questions. I felt very comfortable and it was a smooth process. I would totally recommend interviewing with them
