J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zara (Toronto, ON) en oct. 2016
Entretien
Interview direct with the store manager. Few questions. Very easy.
First, you need to drop your resume and in few days they will contact you for an interview. The interview is in the store or in the mall and the manager ask you few question to know about your intention and willingness, It is not difficult. If they need people and the manager likes you, you are hired.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Where do you live? Are you studying? Are you applying for full time or part time ?
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience

Question 1
if a customer was having trouble finding something right infront their face how would i respond
super casual, just stand in front of a store,
it does not show the exact job title on job posting
like, job posting mentioned that hiring the full time sales, they actually hire the 2 months contract sales and part time
Visited the store and inquired about hiring opportunities. I was connected with the hiring manager and completed a straightforward in-person interview. The process was professional, welcoming, and provided insight into the role.
