J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zara (New York, NY) en déc. 2012
Entretien
First they ask for the resume then they go over it with you, the most important thing is the availability, if they agree to your schedule they ask why are you applying for the company and the position, and to describe yourself with 3 words , they also ask if you can work late shifts etc.
It was rather straight forward. I applied online. I didn't hear anything for a while, maybe a month. One day, I got a call inviting me for an interview, I was asked if I could come in that day, adn I was able. At the end of the interview, I was offered the job.

How do you handle high-pressure environments/situations?
lengthy and tedious, i don't see that a fashion sense is a requirement to gain employment. was ghosted as far as follow-up communication. did not ask many questions about past retail experience
