3 step interview. First part was a casual chat over the phone with a recruiter (the lovely Sophie) to discuss current situation and reasons for moving on. The second part was an informal discussion with the head of the research team to chat over the role, understand more about the company and what work I might be doing in the role. The final stage was a more formal interview with a couple of tasks to complete, including a presentation and Q&A session.
