Had a first stage interview with someone in HR/talent. She was super competent, had been there a little time and definitely understood the business inside-out. Always a good sign. Asked insightful, role-specific questions. I was coming from a competitor and they said it was possible that they couldn’t match salary, I never heard back after first stage. Have seen role re-advertised, salary bracket hasn’t changed.

Good talent interview then great experience with hiring manager. All seemed very positive but the talent lead went on leave and despite promises she would follow on her return I was ghosted despite sending follow up emails. Really poor experience and made them seem very scatty and unprofessional. I spent quite some time preparing and it felt like a waste.
