Interview with a woman recruiter who during the 15 minutes had checked a list. At the end I had asked some questions and she was unable to answer since had no idea about the team. Since it was an awkward silence, I have asked her what did she enjoyed at her job and why did she chossed the company. Generic response.
I received the generic rejection message and I got back with a reply asking if she can provide some feedback so I can use it later.
No reply - extremely strange

Entretien
I had two interviews with a positive experience and a rejection with a negative experience.
The first one was with an HR person, which asked me some basic questions about me and explained what is Power Diary and what is their product/service.
The second one was with the tech manager, which asked me more or less the same questions but some technical questions as well. By the end of it, I I received a code challenge by email.
One week after I sent my solution for the code challenge, I received a generic email saying that "the decision has been made to proceed with other candidates who better suit our organisational requirements" - even though I thought the interviews went very well and that my solution to the code challenge had high quality.
I'd like to have received a more specific feedback on why they rejected my application, explaining me what I could improve in order to meet their criteria, specially after I invested time on it.
