I got approached on LinkedIn by Irina and we have scheduled the call next day. She explained about the new project they work on, the role requirements and answered all my questions. The next call was scheduled in 2 days with 3 final rounds following the next week. I was a bit of nervous but Irina prepared me for the interviews and I gained more confidence. We connected 3 times over a call so everything was clear and pretty straightforward. Didn't get the job but got the fast feedback from the recruiter and positive experience in general!
