When I got the first contact email, I first got one with Human Resources, and then hiring manager. Everything based on the STAR method. also a case was asked on the go. so no star method to answer.

It’s a thorough process like at Amazon etc with 1st interview with the department head, then hR interview, and then a total of 4-5 interviews as second round. So you are investing A LOT of time. I did not get picked simply because someone had a skill I didn’t have. So, obviously having put so much time in, I was annoyed. But it has to be said they were all friendly and HR was available for feedback after. So I consider that a big plus!
