- applied online - got an interview invitation from external recruiters - received a feedback that they wouldn't process my application further Overall, one of the most disrespectful interview I ever had. The external recruiter who handled my interview didn't seem to understand how to interview people, and do/don'ts. I had an impression she just wanted to get it done. She even asked me "do you have a college degree?". Did you even bother to read my CV? Zalando's recruitment process is broken. The interview process are all handled by either an interim or freelance recruiters, and they don't align with the company's corporate branding. Avoid applying at this company all the cost

There were three rounds. I met with multiple people on the team and they were all very approachable and friendly. They seem like a hard working team that wants an employee they can not only expect to work hard but to be able to be a team player.
