I had a call my initial call with the recruiter. At the end of the call, she told me that in that same day she will send me a link to an online test. Week after week have passed and she didn't send me anything. I would ping her every few days and absolutely no response. Then, I pinged the HR member who had initially reached out to me. She pinged the recruiter who sent me the test right away. I finished the test, scored 100% in it, and pinged the recruiter that I finished it. Again week after week has passed with no response. I pinged the HR member again who then pinged the recruiter. Finally, the recruiter sent me an email that unfortunately the vacancy has been filled. A terrible experience.
I made 3 Rounds, first a classical HR nterview-then a live coding (somthing like binary search) then a system design (design an inventory system) tehy told me that I didn't pass at the system design level( ishould asked for the number of clients not to make assumptions
I applied online. The process took two months. one online interview. The recruiter call was good. Standard questions related to career.
