I liked the process. It was well documented, structured. The interviewers were interested in dialogue and trying to understand what you worked on. I thought 2nd of the 4 rounds was more like a stress interview. He was not interested to listen out the story. He wanted the answer in his own format. Being a senior guy I can understand his wish. Got intervened like 5-6 times before even going to the crux of story. Broke the whole flow that made me nervous.
3rd and 4th went great as I had an hour break in between 2nd and 3rd to gather myself and focus again on the structure I prepared with. 1st one went smooth although I could have done a better job of answering the 2nd question.

Round 3: Tell me a time you used metrics to solve a problem.
Tell me a time you deep dived into a problem and how you solved.

Round 4: Tell me a time where you had to work through a project managing multiple stakeholders and how did you deal with the process and what were the outcomes. tell me a time when you disagree with others initially and commit later to changes.
Tell me a time when you worked on a project which has huge impact on business. questions on fulfilment strategies, warehouse operations, questions on picking logic, process excellence
HR interview smooth. Asked about the tool you use, the best achievement, lots of discussions of the company and the role. Also asked whether you have worked in a consumer facing company

Takes a really long time, and there's a huge gap between rounds with no communication from the team on next steps. Emails go unanswered.
Lots of overlapping questions / unnecessary rounds - had 7 overall.

All the interview questions/topics matched what the recruiter mentioned in the intro call, as well as Zalando's career portal articles. Overall, a very positive and interesting experience. I had a 5 interviews in total: Hiring Manager + 4 final round interviews accessing product competencies.
