I directly applied online. The scheduling process was extremely quick and efficient. It was an online interview. The interview was quite easy and straight forward but the attitude of the interviewer was strange. She was impolite and didn't even look at the screen at times. It seemed like she was interviewing just for the sake of it rather than really keen on hiring.
