The interview process was pleasant and the questions seemed appropriate to the position I was interviewed for, there was only one candidate at the time and there were three people interviewing me.

What would your former employer say are your weaknesses?
I made 3 Rounds, first a classical HR nterview-then a live coding (somthing like binary search) then a system design (design an inventory system) tehy told me that I didn't pass at the system design level( ishould asked for the number of clients not to make assumptions
I applied online. The process took two months. one online interview. The recruiter call was good. Standard questions related to career.
