After I sent the online application, I received a quick interview invitation within one week from HR. Then I interviewed with management director directly via the first phone interview (around 30 mins). He was nice and experienced, and focus some of the practical experiences in my past working history. As this role is dedicated to logistics and forwarder, so he would expect some examples that I have ever dealt with. Overall the process was smoothly; however, I waited over 2 months to get an automatic rejection letter. I have tried to send the follow-up email to HR; unfortunately, no one responds it. Quite disappointed.
