Apply via a HR manager , asked me to send a CV and with in 4 days I got HR interview , they are using Business Skype (MS Lync) for interviews.
I was contacted by an internal recruiter. I don't agree too much with the tool, but each company has it's own filters.I failed the test and wrote them accepting it and saying thanks for the opportunity.

Introduction , technology stack , technology implementation on projects , questions were typical of general interviews , they are looking for latest technologies.
intial call with recruiter and then a coding assessment test. coding was leetcode medium level questions. after that was a live coding interview. for approx 1 hour and then a systems design interview for designing a payment system.

The interviewer was looking desperately tired and unfocused. Didn't join the interview on time. I had to find someone else to ping him to join.
The questions were generic and related. However, it took 2 weeks for the interviewer to send the results of a basic questionnaire to move forward.
I was overall hugely disappointed with that.
