HR phone call, team leader phone call, in home test, 1 to 1 interview, test in the company, the only problem I faced was during the test in the company, I was not allowed to use my personal laptop so I had no access to my personal data, I had to use a different software "windows" which I'm not used to.

I was supposed to have an interview with the recruiter but a week before that they called me saying that I was going to have an interview directly with the design department. The interview was nice, the two people that interviewed me were very nice and asked a lot of questions about my experience and why did I want to work in Zalando, etc. They were also very curious about my design process... I was overall a nice interview, and the next day the recruiter contacted me saying that I didn't make it to the next phase. A bit disappointed but at least everything went pretty fast and I wasn't ghosted while waiting for an answer.
