Entretien
- HR call: background, motivation, cultural fit, past experience, role expectations, salary expectations. Easy.
- Call with a Product Owner: past experience, agile and product methodologies, 1 tech question (different kind of SQL Join). Easy.
- Invited in Berlin (travel expenses covered) for four 1-hour interview sessions. In each session there were one from HR and 2 Product Owners (each of them were my potential bosses). Really challenging!
- they took me for a walk around the office at the end of the day :)
- Recruiter was supportive, quick, informal and kind.

Question 1
- Strengths and weakness.
- How would you prioritize the following tasks and why.
- Complex logistic case (coming from a real problem), that required a process improvement.
- Product case.
- How would you improve the user experience in the Zalando site.
- Several others.
Great process - communication was timely and detailed. I enjoyed the process and although i didn't go through with the job i can highly suggest trying because it's not so difficult and the company has great benefits.
Easy interview without too many tricky questions. It took almost a month the whole process. The recruiter was not sure of her duties so it was not really clear how the process was working. Overall a normal experience.
