Had interview at HQ. Looking for someone who is proactive in giving feedback and improving themselves. Will be working on their in house system and mentoring junior designers. Both interviewer were pleasant and friendly

The entire process up till interview was perfectly fine, but after you finish the assessment for them they did not follow up at all. As soon as the assessment was completed I did not receive a single response and there was no acknowledgement that they even viewed it. I wrote to them via email, text and call and heard nothing back from them. There’s no point for you to apply because they do not mind wasting your time at all.
