It was a quick interview. The company was looking for junior employees who do not have any job experience but a good education. I met with the department manager. She was quite friendly. So I was not under stress. Since I did not have any working experience (in telecommunication industry) she did not push me or ask me any technical question. But the following months, after i got the necessary trainings, I have joined at least 3 exams.

The process of hiring had three rounds. The first round was a technical test. The second round comprised of Group Discussion round. The candidates who cleared the second round were called for the third round that was one on one interview. The candidates were asked questions related to 2G, 3G.

I was hired as a local employee and my interview was taken by a Chinese manager and a local senior engineer.
The interview process was a simple and straightforward one. It was an open interview and questions were asked from my technical field as well as my personal aspirations and goals.
There were total two interviews, one was technical and then I got called after a week for the HR interview which was more of a formality.
