First round was a case round - this was not a classic consulting case but mainly guesstimates and quantitative case with math questions. Followed by two interviews - one was around problem solving and the next was with a manager who asked a general case question.

Smooth and transparent. Technical and manager rounds are mostly constitutes around how you go about a problem/situation, thinking process and execution. Overall, the entire process depends on how you go about it, just need to be confident and cognitively strong with good thinking and problem solving skills
