I applied for the BOA role through campus, and unfortunately it disappointing experience.
1. Written aptitude test
2. Interview was taken by third-party recruiters.
I would request the company to take a look at their interview process, the third party recruiters have zero patience, do not even care about what you say, interrupt you before you even complete your sentence.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
Case interview and behavioral pretty standard for consulting in my opinion. Study and you’ll do well. Ask good questions to interviewers. Long time ago so I don’t remember much or if it’s changed since
