It started with a case study, which is a fair way to judge a candidate. NeXT round was case study analysis. Interviewer seemed a bit disinterested, but won't blame him for my non-selection. Overall a fair process.

First round was a case interview on customer performance and incentive compensation. Second round was a CV review and values call. The second round was really annoying because there was too much background noise
