I applied through referral and was emailed a link for assessment. The assessment was 3 sections one aptitude test, one case study and the last was communication assessment. The overall difficulty of the test was moderate to high.

HR introduction video interview mostly in Spanish with a small English test. Responsibilities of the role and telling previous experiences. Typical HR questions, so not technical topics discussed. The process should have continued with case interviews.
